Warranty

As the official Rudy Project distributor for Australia and New Zealand, ProRide Australia is responsible for all warranty claims on Rudy Project products purchased in the ANZ region. All claims are assessed strictly in accordance with Rudy Project's warranty policy.

All Rudy Project products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with Rudy Project's global warranty policy.

Eligibility

Manufacturing defects only

Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship. Damage caused by the user is not eligible.

2-year coverage

Warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase, in line with Rudy Project's global policy.

Authorised purchases

Products must be purchased through ProRide Australia or an authorised ProRide retailer.

What's not covered

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence

Normal wear and tear

Use of non-original Rudy Project parts or components

Products purchased through unauthorised retailers

How to submit a claim

Describe the issue and include your order number or proof of purchase details.

Attach your proof of purchase

A receipt or order confirmation showing the purchase date is required. Claims cannot be assessed without it.

Include clear photos of the defect

Close-up images of the affected area from multiple angles are required to assess your claim.

We assess your claim

We will review your claim in accordance with Rudy Project's warranty policy. If approved, your product will be repaired or replaced. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

Submit a warranty claim

Send your proof of purchase, photos, and a description of the defect to admin@pro-ride.com.au. Our team will be in touch within 2–3 business days.


Crash Replacement Program

Had a crash? We've got you covered. ProRide Australia offers a crash replacement discount on Rudy Project helmets to help you get back on the road safely — exclusively for customers who purchased their helmet directly through ProRide Australia.

This program is exclusively available to customers who purchased their Rudy Project helmet through ProRide Australia. Helmets purchased through any other retailer, marketplace, or distributor are not eligible. No exceptions.

Purchased directly through ProRide Australia

Only helmets bought from pro-ride.com.au or through our official sales channels are eligible for this program.

Within 2 years of purchase

Your crash replacement request must be submitted within 2 years of the original purchase date.

Valid proof of purchase required

A receipt or order confirmation from ProRide Australia is mandatory. We are unable to process requests without it.

Photos of the damaged helmet

Clear images of the crash damage are required as part of the assessment process.

Helmets not purchased through ProRide Australia

Requests submitted beyond 2 years from the purchase date

Claims without valid proof of purchase or supporting photos

Apply for crash replacement

Email us at admin@pro-ride.com.au with your proof of purchase and photos of the damaged helmet. If your assessment is approved, we will offer you a discount on a replacement Rudy Project helmet purchased through ProRide Australia.

Unauthorised Retailers

ProRide Australia will not warrant, inspect, or accept any Rudy Project products purchased from unauthorised retailers. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Wiggle (UK)
  • Shades Station Australia
  • Shades Station UK
  • Bikeinn.com
  • Lordgun.com
